GARATH MAENPAA, MB, CAQSM

Please welcome to the team Dr. Garath Maenpaa, M.B., CAQSM, who is a board-certified sports medicine physician with over 24 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He received advanced training in Sports Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania after completing his medical degree and has dedicated his career to both elite athletics and patient-centered clinical practice.

Dr. Maenpaa has served as Team Physician for the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL) and spent more than 12 years as Head Team Physician at Rowan University, where he was inducted into the Rowan University Sport Medicine Hall of Fame. His academic and clinical expertise includes diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections, a well as concussion management with a focus on safe and effective recovery.

He has additional qualifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of national and regional professional organizations in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
